Your account

We store your email address, name and avatar (if you sign in with Google), and your billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Your visitors

By default try48 is cookieless: visitors are counted with a hash of their IP address and browser, keyed with a random value that changes every day and is deleted after a day, so old hashes can't be traced back to anyone. IP addresses are never stored. Query strings are stripped from URLs except campaign tags.

If you turn on cookie mode for a site, try48 sets two first-party cookies on your domain (try48_vid for a year and try48_sid for 30 minutes). You are responsible for any consent your visitors’ jurisdiction requires.

If you call identify() or connect a payment provider, we store the email, name and payment details you send so revenue can be attributed. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a site deletes its events, sessions, visitors and payments. To delete your account, contact the support address on the pricing page.
